Tom found his love at the age of 11: he wanted to be a cartoonist. But that dream got put on hold. This is Tom’s story about how decades later he quit his job and started doing what he loved doing for a living.

As a kid, Tom wanted to become a cartoonist. He gave up those ideas as an adult and worked in marketing.
While at Harvard Business School, he started drawing again and began publishing a cartoon each week. His marketing cartoons are now read by 100,000 people every week and have been featured by the Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, and the New York Times.
After 10 years of drawing cartoons mornings, nights, and weekends, Tom made the leap from a great job to become a full-time cartoonist.
He started a company called Marketoonist with the belief that cartoons can help businesses communicate. And that businesses that communicate better are better businesses.
