Most people find it hard enough to get themselves out running, let alone trying to get 4 million people to join them. Paul started Park Run with just 13 amateur runners at 8.45 AM on October 2nd, 2004 in Bushy Park in South West London. It now takes place in 1,300 parks worldwide. It is a global movement. Inspiring.
